Electro-Hydraulic Actuators for Aerospace Applications

Electro-Hydraulic Actuators provide precise, high power density force and positioning for testing applications. Zemarc provides assistance for designing and building your perfect Actuator.

Considerations:

  • Force required
  • Velocity required
  • Orientation of the Actuator and footprint available
  • Side Loading and Deflection
  • Stroke required
  • Single or Double Rod

2H Series

2H series tie rod hydraulic cylinders are heavy duty, inch-dimensioned cylinders rated for use at working pressures up to 210 bar depending on the rod end and type of service.

  • Low maintenance requirements
  • Customizable
  • 17 mounting styles
  • Single and double rod styles available
  • Removable rod gland

3L Series

Parker Series 3L hydraulic cylinders provide value through proven reliability, efficient performance and the quality that you expect from every Parker Cylinder Division product line. Each Series 3L cylinder incorporates design features that are superior in a 1,000 psi nominally rated cylinder. These features include the “Jewel” rod gland, adjustable floating cushions, hard chrome plated piston rods and high strength tie rods with rolled threads rather than cut threads.

  • TS2000 Rod Seal for positive no-leak sealing
  • Individually tested to assure reliability
  • Available in 15 different mounting styles

Custom Designed to the Application

Zemarc designs, tests and builds actuators based on the requirements for your application. Our Engineering team will help you at every step of the way to build the perfect actuator for you!

HAS 500 Series

The Hybrid Actuation System (HAS) is ideal for linear motion applications, suitable for both mobile and industrial markets. The new hybrid design combines the controllability of electromechanical actuators with the power density, longer life, and resistive force capabilities of a traditional hydraulic system.

  • Eliminates screw wear points
  • 230/460V AC, 24-48V DC power options
  • No hydraulic lines or power unit needed, self-contained complete system
  • Various traditional cylinder mounting styles and stroke lengths
